Assignment of Space Booth assignment is based on premier sponsor level, those who previously displayed at our state meetings, date of receipt of contract and payment, and proximity to competitive or conflicting organizations.

Electricity at booth -- you will need to supply your own extension cord and/or power strip.

For exhibit booths, list any organizations you do not wish to be located near, BE SPECIFIC

Name Badges - List the names (as you would like them printed) and phone numbers of those individuals who will represent your company.

Meal Tickets:
If you purchase a single exhibit booth it includes meal tickets for 2 people. A double booth includes meal tickets for 4 people. If you need tickets for additional team members, you can purchase them in the Winter Sponsorship Opportunities section below. To help manage costs, please request only the meal tickets that will be used. Please mark the tickets you need below and complete this section only if you plan to eat.
