All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Written cancellations received by fax or postmarked on or before May 1, 2026, will receive a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received after January 1, 2026. Attendees who register but fail to pay and do not attend will be invoiced for the full registration fee. To ensure your name appears on the official list of conference attendees and in conference materials, please complete your registration by May 1, 2025. Early Bird payments must be received by January 1, 2026. After that date, standard conference rates will apply.
