Distinguishing Collaborative: Sell More Collaborative Cases by Using a Rubric for Selection During the Initial Consultation

Non-Member Event Registration

Collaborative is one of several products in a diverse marketplace for conflict resolution.

During our webinar on May 14, Kevin Rollin will discuss how using a rubric of three criteria for success in the Collaborative process, Collaborative Professionals will better identify candidates who are well served by Collaborative compared to alternative models of dispute resolution.

The rubric helps to identify the key attributes of a prospective Collaborative participant’s dispute. With the rubric Collaborative Professionals can better assess whether the participant is a good candidate for the Collaborative process. If a Collaborative Professional does not use such a tool, they may be doing candidates a disservice. by either setting them up for failure or by failing to adequately instill trust in the Collaborative process.
