Discount registration rate for students, college through post-grad, who are not working full-time outside of academic institutions. Must register using a valid .edu email address. Includes all education, meals and breaks on June 2 & 3.
Half-day workshop on Sunday, June 1, 2025, 1:00-5:00pm
Full day workshop on Wednesday, June 4, 2025
Includes admission to Exhibits, including all receptions & meals in exhibit area

Registrations on-site will be assessed with a $25 surcharge.
All cancellations must be in writing and received by May 22, 2025 prior to the start of the event. All cancellations are subject to a $100 fee. Please email cancellation requests to info@iaqa.org.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. In the unlikely event of a course cancellation, IAQA is not responsible for, nor will it provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant consider purchasing independent travel insurance.
Payment must be made at the time of registration and the method cannot be altered after the registration has been processed. Please be sure to use your preferred method of payment at the time of registration. No exceptions will be made.
IAQA registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor.
Registration and attendance at or participation in IAQA live events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IAQA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video tapes, electronic reproduction, and audiotapes of such event activities.
