SVN Launchpad Program User Agreement
1. Program Overview
The SVN Launchpad is designed to support and empower individuals seeking to establish or enhance professional supervised visitation practices. The program provides access to SVN resources, training, mentorship, and tools to help Participants build ethical, sustainable, and effective businesses.
2. Participant Commitments
By enrolling in The SVN Launchpad, You agree to:
Actively participate in all scheduled training sessions and mentorship activities.
Complete assigned tasks and activities as part of the program requirements.
Use all resources and materials provided responsibly and for the intended purpose of advancing your supervised visitation practice.
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to ethical practices throughout the program.
3. Program Fee
The total cost for individual participation is $2,800, payable in full or in monthly installments of $400 over seven months.
Agency pricing is available upon request.
All fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced.
4. Program Inclusions
Participants will receive access to the following resources and benefits:
SVN Membership (Individual or Agency level).
Comprehensive training, including SVN Admin Training, 24-Hour Training, and Business Startup Training.
Peer-to-peer mentoring sessions with SVN Mission Specialists.
Policy and Procedure Development and Form Development Training.
Access to SVN Training Manuals and custom materials (e.g., Bench Cards, Parent Info Cards).
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of The SVN Launchpad, including training manuals, custom cards, and program content, are the intellectual property of SVN. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without express written consent from SVN.
6. Mentorship and Support
Participants will be matched with SVN Mission Specialists who will provide guidance and mentorship throughout the program. While SVN and its mentors strive to offer high-quality support, the success of each participant’s business remains their sole responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
SVN is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in The SVN Launchpad.
SVN does not guarantee specific business outcomes or results for Participants.
8. Program Modifications
SVN reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, and resources as necessary to ensure quality and relevance. Participants will be notified in advance of significant changes.
9. Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the program, including discussions, materials, and mentorship insights.
10. Termination
SVN reserves the right to terminate a Participant’s involvement in the program for failure to adhere to these terms, unprofessional behavior, or actions inconsistent with the mission and values of SVN.
11. Legal Compliance Notice
Participants are strongly encouraged to seek legal assistance to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. SVN cannot guarantee that the policies, procedures, and forms developed as part of this program will meet specific local requirements.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Jacksonville, Florida.
