INVOICE REQUEST FOR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
Announcing a brand new tool for Supervised Visitation providers, the SVN "Visit Manager Pro" database program will cost $50 per month.
This easy to use program will be a massive upgrade to SVN Visit Manager, which is no longer supported. Visit Manager Pro provides tools for scheduling and tracking clients and appointments, but will allow for more customization. There is no software to download and the only requirement is that you are connected to the Internet. All data is safely stored at an enterprise class data center with enterprise redundancy and security. There are multiple servers and backup systems, so your data is safe. Most users will be able to use immediately without training, but SVN staff is available, if needed, for technical support while you implement the database.
You may cancel at any time with at least 30 days notice, no pro rated refunds will be given after the first month. You may cancel within the first month and revive a full refund.
Visit Manager PRO Database User Agreement
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User") and Supervised Visitation Network ("SVN"), the provider and proprietary owner of the Visit Manager PRO database (the "Database"). Access to the Database is exclusively for SVN Members. Termination of SVN membership will result in immediate cessation of database access.
1. Eligibility and Terms of Use:
Only active supervised visitation providers are eligible to use the Database.
The monthly fee for using the Database is $50. Users can cancel their subscription within the first month for a full refund. After the first month, a 30-day notice is required for cancellation.
2. Refund Policy:
Full refunds are available if the subscription is canceled within the first month.
No refunds after the first month, except as explicitly stated in this Agreement.
3. Usage and Misuse:
The Database is provided "as is" without warranties regarding its accuracy or reliability.
Users must not misuse the data or Database in any illegal or regulatory-violating manner.
Users are accountable for any misuse of data, either personally or through their account. User agree to abide by the rules outlined HERE regarding text message alerts sent to clients.
4. Limitation of Liability:
SVN is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Database. Users agree to indemnify SVN against any claims or damages related to their use of the Database or Agreement violations.
5. Data Protection:
SVN will protect the data within the Database, but is not liable for unauthorized access or use.Users are responsible for securing their account and password.
6. Termination:
SVN may terminate access for reasons including membership lapse or Agreement breach.
Upon termination, SVN will provide SQL backup format data upon user request.
7. Amendments:
SVN may amend this Agreement, with notice. Continued use after amendment signifies acceptance.
8. Proprietary Rights:
The Visit Manager PRO Database is proprietary to SVN. Users agree not to copy, modify, or distribute the Database or any part thereof without SVN's explicit consent.
9. Governing Law:
The Agreement is governed by Florida laws, disregarding conflict of law provisions.
10. Entire Agreement:
This document is the complete agreement between User and SVN regarding the Database.
