Call for Webinar Proposals

We are pleased to invite webinar proposals from professionals working in supervised visitation and safe exchange. This is an opportunity to share your expertise, innovative practices, and practical insights with a global audience of practitioners, advocates, and stakeholders.

Priority Topics

We are especially interested in webinar proposals that address one or more of the following areas:

  • Best practices in supervised visitation and safe exchange (including intake, child refusal, teen visits, challenging family dynamics, and trauma-informed services)

  • Mental health and supervised visitation

  • Substance use and recovery in the context of supervised visitation

  • Judicial or legal perspectives

  • Working with families impacted by intimate partner violence

  • Child welfare and the role of supervised visitation

  • Cultural competency and diversity in visitation programs

  • Technology and virtual visitation programs

  • Innovative program models and service delivery approaches

Webinar Format

  • Webinars should be 60–90 minutes, including time for Q&A.

  • Sessions will be hosted live, and recordings will be made available afterward.

  • Presenters must submit slides, handouts, and/or supporting materials one week prior to the live session.

Submission Guidelines

Please submit a proposal of no more than 300 words that includes:

  1. Webinar title

  2. Topic description and key learning objectives

  3. Target audience (e.g., program administrators, front-line staff, supervisors, etc.)

  4. Presenter name(s) and credentials

Proposals will be reviewed and selected based on relevance, quality, and alignment with the learning needs of the supervised visitation field.
