2026 Annual Meeting: Exclusive '25 Attendee Deposit

DEPOSIT: $300 to secure the exclusive 2025 attendee rate of $745 (at least $150 savings). Pay deposit by June 30, 2025. Balance of $445 will be billed in November and due by January 31.

All cancellation requests must be submitted to info@iaqa.org by March 30, 2026 and are subject to a $100 fee.

Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. In the unlikely event of a course cancellation, IAQA is not responsible for, nor will it provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant consider purchasing independent travel insurance.

Payment must be made at the time of registration and the method cannot be altered after the registration has been processed. Please be sure to use your preferred method of payment at the time of registration. No exceptions will be made.

IAQA registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor.

Registration and attendance at or participation in IAQA live events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IAQA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video tapes, electronic reproduction, and audiotapes of such event activities.
