Your answers to this survey will help us evaluate this year's event and plan an even better experience in 2026. This survey should take just 5-12 minutes.

Two lucky respondents will receive a $100 discount for any IAQA education event in '26! One person will be randomly selected from among the respondents, and one person will be selected for the most helpful comment or suggestion!
